Online intro package program + 2 online sessions

The Online Intro package includes an online assessment and two online training sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. The assessment is followed by an evaluation, which we will discuss together online. You will then be introduced to the training system. In the first 2 training sessions you will get to know the system, its most important principles and the basic exercises.
