RECODE
Restore healthy movement patterns
To begin your recode, I have to take you through a detailed pre movement assessment. Together we will go through the analysis, so you can understand where your problems are. Based on the evaluated data from the assessment, I will put together an individualized training program.
Before the recode starts, I will introduce you into the GOATA training system and explain its most important principles. This will help you to make faster progress, so I will be able to expand your training program. To work efficiently, it is very important that we complete live or online training sessions. The Recode isn’t only for athletes, it’s for everyone, no matter what your current fitness level is. Through discipline, dedication, the right stimuli, and simple changes and additions in your daily life routines you can regain functionality and eliminate pain.

Q&A
When can Athletes start with the recode?
You can start whenever you want. Pre season – in season – off season. The training intensity and structure differs depending on which part of the season you are in.
Can Kids benefit from it?
Of course. At a young age you set the course for the future, so it is very beneficial to start training early on in the right patterns. By improving their movement behavior, they will be physically and mentally prepared for the coming years.
Is GOATA beneficial as a rehab after surgeries and longer injury duration?
Yes of course. GOATA can be performed after surgical and non-surgical treatments of injuries. As an alternative measure to the physiotherapeutic approaches and medical follow-up examinations. During rehabilitation, athletes have the time they need to reprogram their movement patterns. This will make them regain confidence in their own body. It not only plays an important role in physical but is also extremely important for the self-confidence and therefore mental state of the athlete. The athlete himself plays a crucial role in getting back into training.
