When can Athletes start with the recode?
You can start whenever you want. Pre season – in season – off season. The training intensity and structure differs depending on which part of the season you are in.
Can Kids benefit from it?
Of course. At a young age you set the course for the future, so it is very beneficial to start training early on in the right patterns. By improving their movement behavior, they will be physically and mentally prepared for the coming years.
Is GOATA beneficial as a rehab after surgeries and longer injury duration?
Yes of course. GOATA can be performed after surgical and non-surgical treatments of injuries. As an additional measure to the physiotherapeutic approaches and medical follow-up examinations. During rehabilitation, athletes have the time they need to reprogram their movement patterns and become more functional. This will help them regain confidence in their own bodies, develop their physique and mental state. He/she will be more injury resistant after the process.
